WUS Ap has collaborated with its principal partner who works closely with the German Association and consulates in bringing the best opportunities for Indian youth in Germany.

Details of the program:

A: B1 Hospitality

  • 3-year dual degree in Hospitality (with on-the-job training) – in Erfurt, the capital and the largest city of Thuringia, Central Germany
  • Graduates with min 60% between the age of 18-30.
  • HSC with Minimum 60% between the age of 18-30
  • Stipend amounts during the program: First year starting from September, First year - €10,800; Second year - €12,000; Third year - €13,200 per annum (this would take care of your living expenses in Germany).
  • The training and certification will ensure you can work anywhere in Germany/EU post the training.
  • Starting salary is around €24,000 P.A.
  • You will be given a full-time job after the program, based on good performance – mentioned in offer letter before you leave India. Expected starting salaries are 2100€ (INR2 lacs/month).
  • Potential for Permanent Residency post the degree - if you are interested.
  • Once you sign up for the program, you interview with the Client, get a conditional offer letter start with B1 Language Training in September 2022 and Fly to Germany in September 2023!
  • B2 Level language training will be conducted in Germany once the candidate reaches Germany.

B: Food Retail Sales and Production

  • This is a 3 years apprenticeship in Food Retail Sales & Production with a confirmed job post completion of training.
  • In this training, exposure will be given to preparing & selling food products such as sandwiches, cheese, and meat. Inspecting food inventory, assessing product quality and many other aspects of food retail sales will be part of the program.
  • Locations: Freiburg, Germany.
  • Stipend amounts during the apprenticeship: 1st Year - €11,280 P.A. 2nd Year - €12,000 P.A. 3rd Year - €15,000 P.A.
  • A guaranteed job with a starting salary of ~ €27,600 - €36,000 P.A. post the completion of the apprenticeship.
  • The apprenticeship certification will ensure you can work anywhere in Germany/EU.

Who can apply for Hospitality Program?

  • Professional nurses for mid-size to large general private hospitals or small eldercare hospitals (not homes).
  • Become a fully recognized nurse after clearing the German recognition exam.
  • Starting salary: €28,800 per annum. (Excluding allowances).

  • Salary (after professional recognition):€33,600 per annum.

Who Can apply for Nursing program?

  • Age: 20 to 35 years registered nurses.
  • 4-year B.Sc. Nursing/3.5-year GNM.
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience for general hospitals. Freshers can apply for eldercare hospitals.
  • No more than 2 children.

What is the role of Primary Partner?
प्राथमिक भागीदार की क्या भूमिका है?

  • Provide information to the Candidate regarding the fees, cost of living and lodging, all costs related to Candidate visa, residential permits and the payment of the B2 language training in Germany as a precondition to obtain the training visa;
  • Assist the Candidate in timely enrolment and training in German language courses up to B1 by a recognized institute in India, as required based on candidate’s existing German Language Qualifications. In Construction, B2 training will be conducted in India for 3 months through an online platform.
  • Assist in timely enrolment for the B1 exam at the Goethe Institute, as required based on candidate’s existing German Language Qualifications;
  • Provide special B1 exam training sessions to prepare Candidates for the B1 exam at Goethe Institute, as required based on candidate’s existing German Language Qualifications;
  • Assist in preparing a complete docket of genuine documents required to be provided by the Candidate as demanded by the partner organization in Germany and the vocational training institute are complete and genuine;
  • If required, assist in, as well as translate into German if required (not required if the document is already in English). All charges related to translation will be borne by the candidate;
  • Assist in the timely transmission of all forms, documents and additional attachments to its German Partner to respect application deadlines related to the visa process.

  • उम्मीदवार की मौजूदा जर्मन भाषा योग्यता के आधार पर गोएथे संस्थान में उम्मीदवारों को बी1 परीक्षा के लिए तैयार करने के लिए विशेष बी1 परीक्षा प्रशिक्षण सत्र प्रदान करें;
  • जर्मनी में भागीदार संगठन द्वारा मांगे जाने पर उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रदान किए जाने वाले आवश्यक वास्तविक दस्तावेजों का एक पूरा डॉकेट तैयार करने में सहायता करना और व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान पूर्ण और वास्तविक हैं;

What is not included

  • Visa fee at the Embassy, your ticket to Germany, medical insurance - all these will amount to about INR 1 Lakh
  • Accommodation and Food Expense at Noida during German Language training approx. 10k per month. This is not an WUS Ap center. WUS Ap will only recommend it. Final Choice with candidate/ parents.
  • Cost of living- lodging and boarding in Germany
  • Health Insurance and social security contribution.

NO MONEY is to be paid before receiving the offer letter, except for INR 24,000/- security deposit & registration fee before we send your profile to Germany. Rs. 24,000/- will be refunded if you are rejected in the interview process. However, if you do not attend the interview and /or on selection do not proceed with complying with the formalities this amount will not be refundable.

Skill loans are provided for candidates opting for loan facilities. We offer 100% skill loans without collateral and our team will be happy to take you through that process once you confirm.

Process and next steps
प्रक्रिया और अगले चरण

  • On paying off the initial security deposit WUS Ap will pass on all concerned documents to primary partner and organize interviews for candidates. In case a candidate needs financial support, skill loans have to be approved prior to round 1. Also, if the candidate is going for self, financial proof has to be submitted.
  • Primary Partner will prepare the profiles in English and take 2 /3 rounds of interviews. This will also include the Video creation round as stated in point no. 13.
  • On approval, interview will be organized round German partner
  • Once German partner approves, employer round will happen Step 6.) Client will conduct interviews in batches of 10
  • Final employer round for all final candidates who have cleared all rounds above
  • Conditional offer letter will be provided to the candidate on selection of the candidates by the German partner.

Refund rules.
वापसी नियम।

  • Security deposit and registration fee of Rs. 24,000/- only will be refunded on not being selected by the client in Germany.
  • The fees paid to Primary Partner towards training shall not be refunded to the Candidate under any circumstances, including but not limited to the Candidate’s failure or refusal or negligence to attend the training sessions/ program/ courses. No refund shall be offered for fees paid to Primary Partner towards training where the candidate decides to leave/ exit the program or course.
  • In case of Visa Refusal-
  • सुरक्षा जमा और पंजीकरण शुल्क रु. 24,000/- केवल जर्मनी में ग्राहक द्वारा नहीं चुने जाने पर वापस किया जाएगा।
  • प्रशिक्षण के लिए प्राथमिक साथी को भुगतान किया गया शुल्क किसी भी परिस्थिति में उम्मीदवार को वापस नहीं किया जाएगा, जिसमें उम्मीदवार की विफलता या प्रशिक्षण सत्र/कार्यक्रम/पाठ्यक्रम में भाग लेने से इनकार या लापरवाही शामिल है, लेकिन यह इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं है। प्राथमिक साथी को प्रशिक्षण के लिए भुगतान की गई फीस के लिए कोई वापसी की पेशकश नहीं की जाएगी जहां उम्मीदवार कार्यक्रम या पाठ्यक्रम छोड़ने / बाहर निकलने का फैसला करता है।
  • वीजा से इनकार के मामले में
The Primary Partner Service Fee is 90% refundable in case the visa isn’t granted to the Candidate within the framework of German visa laws and regulations. The entire amount is non-refundable to the Candidate in case the visa has been refused for the reason of document fraud or criminal behavior/intent of the same. WUS Ap fees will not be refunded under any circumstances except the refundable registration fee of Rs 14,000.

Can I continue to stay in Germany after my training program or do I have to come back?
क्या मैं अपने प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के बाद भी जर्मनी में रहना जारी रख सकता हूं या क्या मुझे वापस आना होगा?

Once you complete your degree program you will get a long-term work visa and you will not be required to come back unless you want to do so. It is important to know that once you have worked for two more years after your degree program you would be eligible for permanent residency in Germany.
